Calfolio is designed to work with the calendar workflow you already trust — not replace it.

It adds categorization, uncategorized review, workload visibility, and exports on top of selected Google Calendar data.

Google Calendar stays your system of record. Calfolio adds structure and insight around it.

How Calfolio fits into your workflow

Calfolio connects to the Google account and calendars a user or workspace chooses to include.

That access is used to support features such as:

  • calendar sync
  • categorization
  • uncategorized review
  • workload and capacity views
  • exports and reporting

Calfolio also stores the workspace-level structure that makes calendar data more useful, such as:

  • included-calendar settings
  • categories
  • category rules and matching logic
  • manual overrides
  • capacity-related settings
  • reporting preferences

In simple terms: Google Calendar provides the event stream, and Calfolio stores the categorization and workspace logic around it.

Extension and exports

The Chrome extension is intended to bring lightweight Calfolio actions closer to where people already work inside Google Calendar.

That can include actions such as:

  • categorizing an event faster
  • including or excluding an event from analytics or capacity views
  • jumping into related Calfolio insights

Exports are intended to help workspaces reuse categorized calendar data for reporting, review, or invoicing support.

Once exported, that data should be reviewed and handled responsibly by the workspace using it.

A clearer calendar workflow should still feel trustworthy.

Calfolio is built to help teams understand time more clearly while keeping Google Calendar at the center of the actual scheduling workflow.
